Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski called to order the Public Works & Property Vacation
Committee meeting at 4:30 p.m.
Bill No. 44-22 -Ordinance to Vacate a Portion of the LaSalle Avenue Connector North of
Colfax Avenue and West of the East Line of the City Cemetery Extended to Colfax Avenue
Mike Danch, from Danch Hamer and Associates, 1643 Commerce Dr., noted that the intention of
this Bill is to vacate a portion of the right of way for the LaSalle connector and make one large
legal lot.
Committee Chair Niezgodski held the public hearing, and nobody spoke.
Citizen member Piontek motioned to recommend Bill No. 44-22 to the Committee of the Whole
with a favorable recommendation, seconded by Committee member Hamann, and carried by a vote
of five (5) ayes.

With no further business, Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski adjourned the committee meeting
