Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski called to order the Public Works & Property Vacation
Committee meeting at 4:30 p.m.
Bill No. 15-22
Mike Rizinki, representing South Bend Heritage, presented. The request is for a vacation to help
meet setbacks to increase the size of the home. Currently, the alley is unimproved. Kara Boyle
noted that the vacation has been reviewed internally and was given a favorable review.
The floor was open for public comments. There were no comments in favor or opposition for the
Bill.
Committee member White motioned to recommend substitute Bill No. 15-22 to full council with
a favorable recommendation, seconded by Citizen member Littrell, and carried by a vo te of five
(5) ayes.

With no further business, Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski adjourned the committee meeting
