Committee Vice-Chair Henry Davis Jr. called to order the Zoning and Annexation Committee
meeting at 6:30 p.m.
Bill No. 74-23 -Amending a Zoning Ordinance for the Property located at 1023 Quimby
Street, District No. 4.
Amani Morrell, Zoning Specialist with offices on the fourteenth (14th) floor of the County-City
building, presented the Bill to rezone 1023 Quimby Street from UF and Ul to just Ul. The
rezoning is a procedural adjustment to clean up the zoning of the subdivision. The Planning
Commission has given a favorable recommendation.
Committee Vice-Chair held the public hearing, and nobody spoke.
Committee Member Karen White motioned to forward Bill No. 74-23 to the Committee of the
Whole with an unfavorable recommendation, which was seconded by Shiela Niezgodski and
carried by a vote of four (4) ayes, with one (1) committee member absent.
