Committee Chair Lori Hamann called to order the Personnel and Finance Committee at 4:20
p.m. Due to the inaudibility of the video, it is not possible to accurately interpret the discussion
or the roll call votes.
Bill No. 02-23 -A Zoning Ordinance Amending Property Located at 407,409, and 411
Marion St. Councilmanic District No.1 in the City of South Bend, IN
This Bill was sent to the Full Council with a favorable recommendation.
With no further business, Committee Chair Lori Hamann adjourned the Personnel and Finance
Committee meeting at 4:37 p.m.
