Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski called to order the Public Works & Property Vacation
Committee meeting at 3:51 p.m.
Bill No.15-23-An Ordinance to Vacate Property Located Between GoodPlace and Blyler
Place Commonly Known as Keller Park
Committee Chair Niezgodski advised that the petitioner requested to table Bill No. 15-23.
Committee Member Hamann motioned to table Bill No. 15-23 indefinitely, which was seconded
by Committee Member Hamann and carried by a vote of five (5) ayes.

With no further business, Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski adjourned the Committee meeting
