Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski called to order the Public Works & Property Vacation
Committee meeting at 3 :36 p.m.
Bill No. 05-23 -An Ordinance Vacating Property Located at Two Parts of Old Bartlett
Street Lying South of the New Bartlett Street Roundabout
Bob Palmer, Council Attorney, recommended that the bill be forwarded to the Council without a
recommendation due to the lack of a presenter.
Committee Member Hamann motioned to send Bill No. 05-23 to the Committee of the Whole
without a recommendation, seconded by Committee Vice Chair White and carried by a vote of
five (5) ayes.

With no further business, Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski adjourned the Committee meeting
