Monroe St. beginning once the signage is installed, and all documentation is received. • To obtain new Parking Permit(s) and Visitor Permit(s) please complete the attached application and bring the following information to the Board of Public Works office or email documents to hhorvathksouthbendin.gov. The mailing address is 1316 County -City Building, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, IN 46601. o Driver's license o Proof of residency o Registration for each vehicle Please be aware that any vehicle not displaying a current Residential Parking Permit or Visitor Permit will be subject to ticketing and/or towing, pursuant to Section 20-116 of the South Bend Municipal Code. I am assuming that perhaps these people are not on the leases, no insurance, no current plates ... I do not know. We do know they are living at Karl King. We are requesting residential signage. I truly hate to get the government involved, however, apparently there is no reasoning with these people. We have had issues in the past --old IRS bld. Wellness center overflow --all reasonably resolved. (In fact, one truck in front of my house never moves. Pictures enclosed.)
