American Structurepoint would cover the Architecture, Interior Design, Structural (scope below) and Civil/Site (garage footprint only) with consultants handling MEP/FP (Millies Engineering Group – scope below) and Functional Parking (THA) a. Structural – Schematic Design: i. Participate in regularly scheduled design team meetings and/or work sessions, including a project kickoff meeting with design team members to coordinate the project requirements virtually or within 50 miles of American Structurepoint’s office ii. Perform a review of project specific design requirements iii. Prepare loading data and design criteria. iv. Review the recommendations from the project geotechnical investigation and coordinate review with the project geotechnical consultant (if available, otherwise scope moved to later phase) v. Work with Design-Assist Precast Manufacturer to develop pre-cast bid package vi. Provide a design deliverable at the conclusion of Schematic Design to convey the structural framing system for consideration by the project team. This deliverable will be comprised of a written Basis of Design and Structural Narrative supplemented with sketches or drawings as necessary. vii. Assist with cost estimate (if conducted) by coordinating the requirements of the Schematic Design Deliverable with the cost estimator and provide a review of the completed cost estimate. b. MEP/FP – Millies Engineering: b. The Scope of Services currently authorized to be performed by Engineer in accordance with the Agreement and previous amendments, if any, is modified as follows: c.
