SUBJECT: City -owned property under Board of Works Deed P 1020 and 225
DATE: June 20, 1977
In 1948 the City of South Bend accepted a 15 feet wide easement off
of the entire east side of Lot V in Ruckman's Sub of B.O.L. V75
located in the 900 block of W. Napier Street for the repair and mainten-
ance of a private sewer. We don't have any record or as -built Plans
of this sewer.
I propo5e that if and when this property is sold, this easement, and
the perpetual care of the sewer should be voided and all City
responsibilities forsaken,
