lot, thence running East on the South line thereof 134 feet; thence
North 8 feet; thence West on a line parallel with the South line of
said Lot 34 feet; thence North parallel with the East line of said Lot
25 feet; thence West 100 feet to the West line of said Lot and the East
line of Howard (now Lawndale) Avenue; thence South on the West line of
said Lot 33 feet to the place of beginning.
