A part of the West one-half (W 1/2) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of
Section 34, Township 38 North, Range 2 East, in the City of South Bend, St,
Joseph County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the North -South center line of said quarter section
where the north right-of-way line of Marquette Boulevard intersects said center
line; thence southerly along said center line and parallel with the west line
of said section, a distance of Seven Hundred Twenty-two and six -tenths (722.6)
feet, more or less, to the point where the south right-of-way line of Keller
Street intersects said center line; thence west Thirty (30) feet, along the
south right-of-way line of Keller Street, extended; thence northerly, parallel
with the west line of said section, a distance of Seven Hundred Twenty-two and
six -tenths (722.6) feet, more or less, to the north right-of-way line of
Marquette Boulevard extended; thence east Thirty (30) feet to the place of
beginning; containing 0.50 acre, more or less.
Subject to taxes for the year 1976 payable in 1977, and all taxes subsequent
thereto.
Subject to conditions, restrictions and easements of record and the applicable
zoning ordinances as the same may apply.
