The July 7, 1992, Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority
was called to order at 8:06 a.m. by its President, Joseph
Wroblewski. There was a quorum present.

a. Authori ~ authorization requested to petition Board of
Public Works for Vacation of Allev.
Mrs. Kolata explained that the Authority owns
approximately six houses surrounding the alley to be
vacated. The Authority has subleased them to the Board of
Works who has subleased them to the Housing Development
Corporation to rehab and manage. There is not adequate
parking on the streets for the tenants in those homes.
We'd like to vacate the alley and create some parking and
landscaping in the back yards. As the owner of the
adjacent property, the Authority needs to petition the
Board of Public Works for the vacation.
Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski
and unanimously carried, the Authority authorized the
staff to petition the Board of Public Works for Vacation
of Alley.

3. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS
There were no claims.
4. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Authority,
Mr. Gammage made a motion that the meeting be adjourned. Mr.
Wroblewski seconded the motion and the meeting was adjourned at
8:13 a.m.
