Recovery from <br />buildings and off road requires special training and equipment. Electric vehicles require special <br />handling and storing. ASAP's drivers are trained and certified in light, medium and heavy-duty towing. <br />Technology is rapidly changing; ASAP Towing is changing with it. <br />ASAP Towing is pleased to submit this proposal for services to support The South Bend City Police <br />Department in achieving its goals for improving efficiency, customer service, and satisfaction by <br />providing recovery, removal, towing, and storage services. ASAP is committed to improving the <br />customer experience through convenience, professional interactions, and timely work. ASAP Towing <br />has reviewed the bid requirements outlined in the RFP and is prepared to comply, as outlined, in the <br />following proposal for services. <br />
