viz: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot No. 7; running thence kAlest
on the South line of Napier Street a Distance of 41 feet; thence South on a line
parallel with the East and West lines of said lot, a distance of 120 feet to the North
line of an alley 10 feet in width, extending East and West across Lots Numbered 6
and 7 in said Subdivision; thence East with the North line of said alley 41 feet to
the East line of said Lot No. 7; thence North with said East line, 120 feet to the
place of beginning; together with the privilege of the use of the 10-foot alley
extending east and west across lots No. 7 and 6 in said Subdivision for ingress
and egress, to and from McPherson Street.
