Southwest Quarter (14) of Section Three (3), Township
Thirty-seven (37) North, Range Two (2) East, now within
and a part of the City of South Bend, in St. Joseph
County, Indiana.
Subject to the taxes for the year 1975 due and payable
in May and November, 1976, and all subsequent taxes,
which the grantee herein assumes and agrees to pay.
Subject to covenants, restrictions, and easements of record.
Grantor certifies there is no India'na Gross Income Tax due or
