Lot 10 with the East line of Coquillard
Street (now Frances Street); thence North
34.32 feet; thence East 121.44 feet to a
public alley; thence South to the South
line of said Lot 10; thence West to
Coquillard Street (now Frances Street)
and more commonly known as 726 N. Frances.
Subject to all taxes, conditions, and
easements that are found of record.
This deed is made for the sole purpose of changing
the word "West" to "East" and thereby correcting a
clerical error in the legal description of a deed
executed by the Civil City of South Bend on April
24, 1979, and recorded in the office of the St.
Joseph Recorder as instrument No. 7909567.
