•Overbuild Fire Dampers:$1,803.00 o Plan omission – fire dampers are required in a small overbuild area.
•Kitchen & Work Room Changes:$11,343.00 o Various changes at Fire Department’s request: add shelving, add metal cabinets,upgrade counter.
•Second-floor Insulation:$2,757.00 o Plan omission – insulation missing from second floor wall.
