The Board of Public Safety met in a Special Meeting at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 25, 2013 with
Board President Patrick D. Cottrell and Board Members Laura Vasquez, John Collins, and Luther
Taylor present. Board member Eddie Miller was absent. Also present were Legal Counsel Joseph
Simeri, Assistant City Attorney Cheryl Greene, and Board Attorney Andrea Beachkofsky. The
meeting was held in the Board Conference Room, Ste. 1308, County City Building, 227 West
Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana.
POLICE DEPARTMENT
HEARING OF CHARGES NO. 2013 -01 — THEODORE ROBERT
This was the date set for the Hearing of the above Charges. A Court Reporter was present from
Midwest Reporting to record the Hearing.
