South Bend, more particularly described to -wit:
Commencing at a point on the southwest corner of said
Lot Twenty(20), thence; north along the west line of
said lot fifty-two feet (52') to a point, thence; east
along a line parallel and fifty-two feet (52') north of
the south line of said lot thirty-five feet (35'), thence;
south along a line parallel and thirty-five feet (35') east
of the west line of said lot fifty-two feet (52 % thence;
west along a line parallel and fifty-two feet (52') south of
the north line of the foregoing piece of real estate thirty-
five feet (35') to the point of beginning.

Re: Proor-trty at 1913 Oxarige Street
Attached is City Deed No. 861 to property located at
1913 Orange Street. The deed was recorded June 24, 1975.
The City has petitioned the County officials to remove
taxes from the property and that petition was accepted on
October 18, 1978 and sent to the State for approval.
Please take whatever action is necessary to clear records
in' the Auditor's, Treasurer's and Assessor's Office to
show the City of South Bend as owner of the property and
not Nolen Ferguson Investments.
Pat., McMahon is planning to submit all the Orange -Colfax
information to the State by December 8th and would like
this matter resolved by then, if possible.
