described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of the Plat of Roseland
Park at its intersection with the center line of Sampson Street,
thence North along said center line, of Sampson Street extended-, to
the South line of the right-of-way of the Penn Central Transportation
Co.; thence East along said South line of said right-of-way to the
East line of Lot 24 of the Plat of Roseland Park extended; thence
South along said East line extended, to the North line of the plat
of Roseland Park; thence West along said North line of the Plat�:of.
Roseland Park to the point of beginning.
The grantee here -in shall assume the second, half of 1974 taxes due and,
payable in 1975 together w.Lth all sti.bsequent taxes due or to 'become

Subject to the condition that the grantee herein shall erect and maintain
