RE: Proposed designation of property located at 1007 Riverside Drive
Dear Mrs. Gammon:
The Staff of the Area Plan Commission has reviewed the Historic Preservation
Commission's proposed designation of the above property as an historic land -
mark with respect to the relationship of said property to any capital improve-
ments proposed by nearby rights -of -way, easements or properties.
We find no proposed improvements that will conflict with this structure;
and, therefore, we return a favorable recommendation to the Historic
Preservation Commission and the Common Council. The Staff also notes that
the submitted legal description must be corrected, since it describes more
than just the property in question.
Sincerely,
- all
