The south half of the south half of that part of Lot Numbered Thirteen (13)
as shown on the recorded Plat of Edward Sorin's First Addition to the town
of Lowell, now a part of the City of South Bend; that lies East of the North
and South Alley which crosses said lot;
Also an easement and right-of-way for a driveway over a strip of land Four
(4) feet In width north and south, taken off of and from the entire South
side of the North half of the South half of that part of Edward Sorin's
First Addition to the Town of Lowell, now a part
)art of the City of South Bend,
which lies east of the North and South Alley that crosses said lot;
Subject, however, to an easement and rirnt-of-way for a drive -way over a
strip of land Four (4) feet in width north and south, of the South half
of that part of Lot I'lumbered Thirteen (13) as shown on the Recorded Plat
of Edward Sorin's First Addition to the Town of Lowell, now a part of the
City of South Bend, which lies east of the North and South Alley that
