the following REAL ESTATE situate in St. Joseph County, in the
State of Indiana to -wit
A part of Lot Numbered Thirty-nine (39) as shown on the recorded
plat of College Grove as platted by Benjamin Winans now within
and a part of the City of South Bend, which part is bounded by a
line running as, follows, viz: Beginning on the East line of
said Lot Numbered Thirty-nine (39) at a point 152 feet and 9
inches North of the Southeast corner of said lot, thence running
West to the West line of said lot; thence North 28 feet 9 inches;
thence East to the Bast line of said lot; thence South to the
place of beginning.
Subject to the taxes for the year 1975, payable in may and
November 1976, and all subsequent taxes
IN WITN E SS WHE REOF, the said grantor above named has hereunto
set his hand and seal this 30th day of December A. D., 19 75
