Dunham 936 Sor,in 613 S. Columbia 1540 W. Dunham: The city received a sheriff's cert1ficate In February 1976 for this property. We will not receive a sheriff's deed until February 19'77. At that time, a private party could possibly buy the property from the city. If desired, the appraisal process can be started prior to that time. 936 Sorin: Deed received from W. & V. Johnson in lieu of mechanic's lien. Deed recorded in August, 1976 and received in city attor- ney's office September 9, 1976. Taxes will be exempted within the next week. Property can be sold to private party. 613 S. Columbia: Property sold to a Mrs. Perry in August 1973 tax sale. Our two deeds to the property (#782 and 799) are not valid. Potential buyer can contact the Perry's (Mr., Gonderman is their attorney), who only hold a certificate to the property. I don't think at this point the Perrys can legally sell the propert,y.
