DULY ENTERED FOR TAXATION ----------- Ae— Auditor. nor -f—M.PAS 7?0 18-10114B WHEREAS, it appears from the records in the Auditor's office of St. Joseph County, Indiana, that heretofore various and divers pieces, lots and tracts of land were advertised for sale at tax sale by the County Auditor under the terms and provisions of Section 2, Chapter 224, Acts of 1941, page 716, and it further appearing that no bid was 1969 & 1973 received for the sale of such property, and that on the first Monday of December, 1 9_/1__ as provided by law, the County Auditor bid in such property for St. Joseph County.
