Section 13, Township 37, north, Range 2, east, and bounded by
a line running as follows; viz; Beginning 116.3 feet east of
the intersection of the south line of Ohio Street and the
east line of Michigan Street in the City of South Bend,
Indiana; thence running south 49 feet; thence running east
32.2 feet; thence running north 49 feet; thence west 32.2
feet to the place of beginning.
Subject to all existing real estate taxes, which taxes Grantee
assumes and agrees to satisfy.
Subject to Mechanic's Lien of record at Book 268, page 09 in favor
of Vanek Wrecking & Excavating Co. and thereafter assigned to the
City of South Bend at Book 268, page 547.
