This indenture witnesseth that CRESTWOOD GARDENS, an Indiana limited partnership,
Of St. Joseph County in the State of Indiana
Conveys and warrants to CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND
Of St. Joseph County in the State of Indiana
for and in consideration of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration______________
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following Real Estate in St. Joseph County
in the State of Indiana, to wit:
A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 37 North, Range 3 East,
in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, described as follows: Commencing
at a point on the West line of said Northeast Quarter, 701.19 feet South of the Northwest
corner of said Northeast Quarter; thence North 90000'00" East, 33.00 feet to the point of
beginning; thence North 00100'00" East, 58.97 feet; thence North 90000'00" East, 90.00 feet;
thence North 00000'00" East, 20.00 feet; thence North 90000'00" East, 99.00 feet; thence

a goint on a curve convex to the Northwest having a radius of 50.00 feet, a central angle of
23 21'14" and a chord of 20.24 feet; thence Southwesterly along said curve an arc distance
of 20.38 feet to a point on said curve; thence North 60033108" West, 85.77 feet; thence
North 90000100" East, 20 4 feet to the Point of Beginning.
