the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following Real Estate in St. Joseph County
in the State of Indiana, to wit:
A part of Lot Numbered One Hundred Sixteen (116) as
shown on the recorded Plat of Martin L. Weng ,,er's Fifth Ad-
dition to the City of South Bend, bounded by a line running
as follows, viz: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said
Lot Number 116; thence running West on the North line of
said lot, 96 feet to the East line of a 12 ft. alley: thence
running South on the East line of said alley, 40 feet; thence
running East 96 feet to the East line of said Lot and the
West line of Marietta Street in said City: thence running
North on said line 40 feet to the place of beginning.
Subject to all real estate taxes now a lien on said real
estate. Grantee assumes said taxes and agrees to satisfy.
