through said Lot No. 1, with the S. line
of said lot No. 17, thence running E. on
the S. line of said Lot No. 17, a distance
of 34', thence N. 931, thence W. 34' to
the E. line of said alley, thence S. on
the E. line of said alley 93', to the
place of beginning.

Bend, which part is bounded by a line running as follows, viz: Beginning
at the point of interesection of the East line of the North and, South alley
running through said Lot Numbered 17, with the South line of said Lot
Numbered 1.7, thence running east on the South line ofsaid Lot Numbered 17,
a distance of thirty-four (34) feet, thence North ninety-three (93) feet,
thence West thirty-four (34) feet to the Fast line of said alley, thence
South on the East line of said alley ninety-three (93) feet, to the place
of beginning,
