and Fifty -Four (54) and West Twenty-1chree and 78/100ths (23.78)
feet of Lot Numbered Forty -Seven (47) in Cobb's Subdivision of
Bank Out Lot Thirty (30) of the First Replat of Out Lots of the
Towfi, now the City of South Bend of St. Joseph County.
