This indenture witnesseth that

Release and Quit -Claim to
CULLEN WALTON and LILLY B. WALTON, his wife
County in the State of INDIANA
CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, a municipal corporation
of ST. JOSEPH County in the State of INDIANA
for and inconsideration of One ($1.00) Dollar and other good and valuable consideration
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following Real Estate in ST. JOSEPH County
in the State of Indiana, to wit:
A part of Lots Numbered Mine (9) and Ten (10) in Block Numbered Nine (9)
in William S. Vail Is addition to the Town, now City of South Bend, more
particularly described as follows to wit: -
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said lot Numbered Nine (9), thence
West along the North line of said Lot Twenty -Six (26) feet five (5)
inches, thence South Seventy -Nine (79) feet four (4) inches, thence
East Twenty -Six (26) feet five (5) inches to the East line of Lot
Numbered Ten (10) in said addition, thence North to the place of
beginning, reserving therefrom a right of way for egress and ingress
ten (10) feet in width North and South taken off of and from the
entire width of the South end of said tract, for the mutual use as a
driveway, with the owner of the real estate immediately adjacent on the
West.
Subject to all existing real estate taxes, which taxes Grantee assumes
and agrees to satisfy.
