This indenture witnesseth that Theodore W. Longbrake and Mary V. Longbrake,
husband and wife,
of Marshall County in the State of Indiana
Release and Quit -Claim to City of South Bend, Indiana,
of St. Joseph County in the State of Indiana
for and inconsideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following Real Estate in St. Joseph County
in the State of Indiana, to wit:
Lot Numbered One Hundred Ten (110) as shown on the recorded Plat of
Wengers Fifth Addition to the City of South Bend, recorded in Plat
Book 6, page 21.
This conveyance is subject to all liens and encumbrances of record and
as part of the consideration for this conveyance, the Grantee agrees to
dismiss, at its cost, Cause No. F-8703 in the St. Joseph Circuit Court
wherein the Grantors are defendants and the Grantee is plaintiff.
Subject to all Existing Real Estate Taxes, which taxes Grantee assumes
and agrees to satisfy.
