A parcel of land in Section Thirty (30), Township Thirty-seven (37)
North, Range Three (3) East in St. Joseph County, Indiana, more par-
ticularly described as follows, to -wit: Commencing at the South-
east corner of the Northeast quarter of Section 30; thence
North along the East line thereof, a distance of 245 feet to
a point; thence West 50 feet to a point; thence South along a
line parallel to the East line of Section 30 a distance of 125 feet to
a point; thence along a 90 degree curve to the West, with a radius of
80 feet, a distance of 125.66 feet to a point of tangency with the
North right of way line of Ireland Road, which point is 40 feet North
of the South line of Section 30; thence West along a line 40 feet North
of and parallel to the said South line of Section 30 a distance of
95 feet to a point; thence South a distance of 40 fe&b to a point
in the South line of Section 3,0; thence East along the South line of
Section 30 a distance of 225 feet to the point of beginning.
The undersigned persons executing this deed on behalf of said grantor corporation represent
and certify that they are duly elected officers of said corporation and have been fully empowered, by
proper resolution of the Board of Directors of said corporation to execute and deliver this deed; that
the grantor corporation has full corporate capacity to convey the real estate described herein and
that all necessary corporate action for the making of such conveyance has been taken and done.
