running as follows, viz:
Beginning at a point 35 feet South of the
North West corner of said Lot Numbered 174;
thence running East 79.2 feet; thence South
35 feet; thence West 79.2 feet; thence North
35 feet to the place of beginning, more
commonly known as 1318 Rush.
Subject to all taxes, conditions and easements
that are found of record.
