AR AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $75,000 FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT FUND, COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS THE GENERAL REVENUE SHARING TRUST FUND FOR OFFICE AUTOMATION EQUIPMENT. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: In order to be more efficient in providing services and in managing the City of South Bend, office automative equipment is needed. Monies are available within the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for the purchase of equipment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I. That the sum of $75,000 is hereby appropriated for the year 1983 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund. This appropriation is to be administered by the Department of Administration and Finance and will be distributed as set forth below: PROGRAM FA 239 OFFICE AUTOMATIVE EQUIPMENT ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT 312.0 Data Processing $75,000 Total $75,000 SECTION II. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor and approval by the State Board of Tax Commissioners. Joseph E.
