Dear Council Members:
On October 28 you passed an ordinance appropri-
ating $100,000 for the parking garages. The
appropriation was advertised in the Tri- County
News, however, the Tribune failed to advertise
this particular appropriation. Therefore, an-
other bill must be passed.
This bill has been advertised, and it would be in
order for you to suspend rules and have public
hearing and second reading on November 14.
Sincerely,,
w
Irene K. Gammon, C.M.C.
