A permanent easement described as follows: A strip of land 10 feet wide East
and Test and 154.8 feet long North and South taken off of and from the entire
East side of Lot #11, Meadow View lst Addition, also a temporary construction
easement described as follows: The West 10 feet of the East 20 feet of Lot #11
in Meadow View 1st Addition, Northeast One Quarter (N.E. 1/4) of Section 30,
Two. 37 North Range 3 East Centre Twp., St. Joseph County, Indiana.
Also the City will remove the large cherry tree that is located within the
work area.
Also the City will allow the residence located on Cot 11 to connect their
