AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $6,200.00 AMONG
VARIOUS ACCOUNTS, ALL ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN
THE DIVISION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.
Statement of Purpose and Intent:
The 1982 Program Year for Community Development Block Grant Funds
ended March 31, 1983, and the 1983 Program Year began on April 1, 1983. To the
extent possible in recent years Community Development Block Grant Funds
remaining available at the end of the Program Year have been reprogrammed to the
current Program Year to assure accurate monitoring and accounting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. The sum of $6,200.00 is hereby transferred for
the Program Year commencing April 1, 1983, among various accounts as set forth
below:

This ordinance is submitted as a substitute for Bill 120 -83 which received
First Reading at the 10/24/83 Council meeting. The substitute is submitted
due to a miscalculation of funds to be transferred from project no.
JB83 -702. The total amount of the transfer requested is $6,200.00, a
reduction of $233.00.
