Tim Scott The officers of the Council met and discussed several issues regarding this
First District Council. One thing that came up was the "Report of City Offices". As a
result of our talks, we will resume inviting Department Heads to be a part

Starting Monday, April 22°d, I will ask a Department Head to be present.
