for an alley, also another Lot or Parcel of land 18 feet in width
North and South taken off of and from the entire length of the
North side of Lot No. g, excepting therefrom a Lot or Parcel of
land 50 feet in length East and West taken off of and from the
entire width of the East end thereof, all as shown on the
recorded Plat of Jacob K. Huston's Subdivision of Bank Out Lot 72
of the lst Plat of Out Lots of the Town, now City of South Bend,
platted by the State Bank of Indiana, and more commonly known as
