NEW BUSINESS
a. Authority approval requested for Extension of_residential
Lease with Elije Hannah Jr and Rosalind Hannah for
property located in the Airport Economic Development
Area.
Mrs. Kolata noted that the Hannahs have asked for a
90-day extension to their lease in order to finish moving
their belongings. They have moved from their residence,
but have possessions remaining in the out-buildings.
They also have salvage rights to the property. The staff
feels that a 60-day extension, to March 30, would be no
problem with our construction schedule. If feasible and
still necessary at that time, we could consider an
additional 30-day extension.
Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Gammage and
unanimously carried, the Authority awarded a 60-day
extension to the lease with Elije Hannah, Jr., and
• Rosalind Hannah for property located in the Airport
