Jefferson Blvd., ste. #1200N South Bend, IN 46601 Dear Mr. Willis: The Studebaker National Museum has begun planning the annual Car Raffle and will need permission from the Board of Public Works. Each year the raffle generates important income to fund exhibitions and to underwrite valuable educational programming, allowing us to further engage our community with the Studebaker legacy. In order to hold the drawing in the Museum building, we must receive permission annually from the Board of Public Works. Historically, this process is facilitated through your office. This year, we are asking to host the raffle at the Museum on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, from 5:30 to 6.00pm. Enclosed is a copy of last year's approval letter so you can see what the Board has previously provided us. We appreciate your help with this and every Museum endeavor.
