At its May 14, 2024 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above referenced
Change Order be increased by $22,450 with an additional twenty-three (23) days, bringing the
revised contract amount to $2,100,690.31 with a new completion date of May 24, 2024.

Purpose/Description Change Order for the 2023 Traffic Calming Project to add concrete speed
humps. A couple of locations were changed from rubber to concrete due to the
segments being paved in the last year. One remaining location changed from
rubber to concrete due to significant damage to the previously installed rubber
speed tables over the winter. Testing a concrete ribbon on either side in this
location to make paving around it easier in the future.
