Council President Sharon McBride called to order the Informal meeting at 4:46 p.m.
Discussion of Council Agenda
The invocation will be given by Pastor Thorly James of South Bend Praise Fellowship.
Report from the Sub-Committee on Minutes regarding the minutes for the April 8, 2024 , March
27, 2023 , and May 25, 2023 Common Council meetings.
There is no special business.
The Department of Community Investment will give an update regarding various development
projects and ongoing parks improvement projects. Venues , Parks , and Arts will give an update on
projects happening throughout South B end.
The Committee of the Whole will hear Substitute Bill No . 18-24 (favorable recommendation from
the Public Works and Property Vacation Committee) and Bill No. 19-24 (favorable
recommendation from the Zoning and Annexation Committee).

The Full Council will give Substitute Bill No . 18-24 and Bill No. 19-24 a third (3 rd ) reading.
The Full Council will hear Bill No. 24 -13 (favorable recommendation from the Community
Investment Committee), Bill No . 24-14 (favorable recommendation from the Community
In ves tment Committee), and Bill No. 24-15 (favorable recommendation from the Community
Investment Committee).
There are no bills on first (l5~ reading.
The Council will be asked to share any unfinished business.

There will be a privilege of the floor, and then the meeting will be adjourned.
