ANNUAL ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING

The January 3, 1992, Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority
was called to order at 11:07 a.m. by its President, Joseph
Wroblewski. There was a quorum present.
1. ROLL CALL
Members Present: Mr. Joseph Wroblewski, President.
Mr. Andre Gammage, Vice President
Mr. Don Fewell, Secretary/Treasurer
Legal Counsel: Mr. Richard A. Nussbaum II
Redevelopment Staff: Mrs. Ann Kolata, Director
Mrs.. Cheryl Phipps, Office Manager
Media• Mr. Don Porter, South Bend Tribune
Mr. Thom Howell, U-93
Others• Mrs. Irene Gammon, City Clerk
2. SWEARING IN OF AUTHORITY MEMBERS BY MRS. IRENE GAMMON
Mrs. Gammon administered .the oath of office to the following
Authority members: Mr. Joseph Wroblewski, Mr. Donald K.
Fewell, and Mr. Andre Gammage.
3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Mr. Nussbaum, City Attorney, conducted the Election of
Officers..
PRESIDENT
Mr. Fewell nominated Joseph Wroblewski to serve as President
of the Redevelopment Authority. Mr. Gammage seconded the
nomination. There were no additional-nominations.. The vote
being unanimous, Mr. Wroblewski was elected President for
1992..
VICE-PRESIDENT

Mr. Wroblewski nominated Andre Gammage to serve as
Vice-President of the Redevelopment Authority. Mr. Fewell

seconded the nomination. There were no additional
~_ nominations. The vote being unanimous, Mr. Gammage was
elected Vice-President for 1992.
SECRETARY-TREASURER
Wroblewski nominated Donald Fewell
Mr to serve as

Secretary-Treasurer of the Redevelopmen t Authority. Mr.
Gammage seconded the nomination. There were no additional
nominations. The vote being unanimous, Mr. Fewell was elected
Secretary-Treasurer for 199.2.
Mr. Wroblewski resumed the chair.
4. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS

Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Fewell and
unanimously carried, the Authority approved the claims
submitted. January 3, 1992.

5. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to
come before the Authority,
Mr. Gammage made a motion that the meeting be adjourned. Mr.
Fewell seconded the motion and the meeting was adjourned at
11:15 a.m.
