He requested that the City release a Quit Claim Deed (#140815) which Nohl and Betty Lueneburg presented to the City in April of 1973. For your information, I have attached a copy of the Deed. What do you think? I was going to tell him that such a request must be made in writing but decided that I would ask you first if the City would consider releasing the: Quit -Claim Deed. If we determine that it can be released, I would ask Marva to draft the appropriate document after a written request is received. I would appreciate your thoughts on this matter as I did tell Mr. Locker I would be in touch with him regarding this matter.
