the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Beal Estate in St. Joseph County,
in the State of Indiana , described as follows:
A part of Lot Numbered One Hundred Twenty-three
(123) as shown on the recorded Plat of Edward H.
Rush's First Addition to the City of South Bend
recorded in Plat Book 7, page 8 in the Office of
the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, which
part is bounded by a line running as follows,
to wit: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said
Lot 123; thence North 34.5 feet; thence East 60 feet;
thence South 19.5 feet; thence East 60 feet to a public
alley; thence South 15 feet to the Southeast corner
of said Lot; thence West along the South line of
said Lot, a distance of 120 feet to the place of
beginning.
Grantor hereby certifies that there is no Indiana
GrTqss Income Tax due or payable respecting this
conveyance.
