This indenture witnesseth that RUTH E. SCHULTZ, woman of adult age and
surviving widow of Theodore C. Schultz
who died June 18, 1971
Of LOS ANGELES County in the State of CALIFORNIA
Release and Quit -Claim to CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, a municipal corporation
Of ST. JOSEPH County in the State of INDIANA
for and inconsideration of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration.
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following Real Estate in ST. JOSEPH County
in the State of Indiana, to wit.,
A part of Lots numbered 10 and 11 as shown on the recorded Plat of
Wall and Hines Subdivision of the North part of Bank Out Lot
numbered 90 of the second plat of out lots of the town, now City
of South Bend, plotted by the State Bank of Indiana, which part
is bounded by a line running as follows, vis: Beginning in the
southeast corner of said lot numbered 10, thence running west
to the west line of said lot numbered 11; thence North 49.60 feet;
thence east to the east line of said lot numbered 10; thence South
49.60 feet to the place of beginning, excepting 8 feet off the west
end of said parcel of land.
Subject to all existing real estate taxes, which taxes grantee
assumes and agrees to satisfy.
