DEDICATION OF PORTION
OF SAMPSON STREET
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that AL NALL & ASSOC., INC.,
an Indiana corporation, with principal offices located in South
Bend, Indiana, does hereby grant, dedicate and transfer to the City
of South Bend, Indiana, and the public generally a permanent easement
for highway, street and right-qf--cx,,aY
described parcels of real estate, to wit
A parcel of land located in the Southwest Quarter (1/4) of
the Northeast Quarter (1/4) of Section 30, Township 37 North,
Flange 3 East, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said quarter -quarter;
thence South 89°55147" West a distance 8.00 feet to the
Point of Beginning. Thence continuing South 89°5547" West s
a distance of 50.00 feet; thence North 00005158" East a
distance of 656.12ft;thence North 89056104" West a distance
