First Bank and Trust Company of South Bend, as executor
of the last will and testament of Abe Berman, deceased, by virtue
of said will recorded in Volume 93 of the Record of Wills of St.
Joseph County, in the State of Indiana, on pages 212-229, and an
order of the St. Joseph Probate Court, St. Joseph County, Indiana,
entered in Order Book of the recorder of said Court on January /'� ,
1972, for valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, conveys to the City of South Bend, Indiana, the
following real estate in St. Joseph County, in the State of Indiana,
to wit:
Forty (40) feet off of the North end Lot Numbered
Ninety-nine (99) as shown on the recorded plat of
Wenger's Fourth Addition to the City of South Bend,
more commonly known as 1014 South Fellow Street,
South Bend, Indiana.
